Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid study sessions, workshops, and consultations offered by Logic FlowBase. Our online library articles and glossary are free and not subject to refunds.

1. Scope

This policy covers:

• SPL Token Account Fundamentals Workshop
• Private SPL Study Sessions
• Team Token Literacy Briefings
• Glossary & Reference Consultations
• On-site team briefings within or outside Gyeonggi-do

2. Full refund eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• You cancel at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled session start time
• We cancel the session due to instructor illness or office unavailability
• We reschedule your session and the new date does not work for you (full refund even if within 7 days of the original date)

3. Partial refund eligibility

A 50% refund applies if you cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days before the session. This covers preparation time and reserved materials printed with your name.

No refund is available for cancellations less than 3 calendar days before the session, except as described in Section 5 (rescheduling) or Section 6 (exceptions).

4. Non-refundable items

• Sessions marked as attended (you arrived and participated, even if you left early)
• Additional printed workbook sets ordered separately and already dispatched
• Travel fees for on-site briefings once our instructor has departed for your location
• No-show appointments without prior notice

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge if you notify us at least 3 calendar days before the session. Rescheduling requests within 3 days are treated as a cancellation (no refund) plus a new booking at current rates.

We will offer alternative dates when possible. If we cannot find a mutually acceptable date within 60 days, you may request a full refund regardless of the cancellation window.

6. Exceptions

We may grant full or partial refunds outside this policy at our discretion for documented emergencies (serious illness, natural disaster, travel restrictions). Contact us with supporting documentation.

If you are unsatisfied with session quality, tell us within 48 hours of the session end. We will review your feedback and may offer a partial refund or complimentary follow-up consultation.

7. Deposits

We do not currently require separate deposits. Full session payment confirms your booking. If we introduce deposit-based bookings for large team events, deposit terms will be stated in your written quote.

8. Work already started

For custom preparation (e.g., team briefing slides tailored to your company's integration docs), if you cancel after we have delivered preparation materials, the non-refundable portion equals our documented preparation hours at ₩45,000 per hour, deducted from any refund due.

9. Refund process

1. Email hello@logic-flowbase.click with your name, session date, and reason for cancellation.
2. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and state the refund amount according to this policy.
3. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer to the account used for payment).

10. Processing time

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after we initiate the transfer, depending on your bank. International transfers may take longer.
