Challenge: The team was evaluating a Solana-based settlement integration. Engineers understood the API, but product and compliance staff struggled with terms like "mint authority," "ATA," and "rent-exempt" appearing in vendor documentation.
What we did: A two-hour briefing at their office. We distributed glossary handouts, walked through a devnet transaction together, and mapped each vendor doc term to our published definitions. The team asked specifically about freeze authority and what it means for compliance review.
Outcome: The compliance lead reported that internal review cycles shortened because everyone referenced the same printed glossary during document markup. One participant later booked a private session to go deeper on delegate fields.

Min-jun had been trying to understand why his devnet wallet showed multiple accounts for the same token. Reading alone helped with definitions, but the workshop's hour on associated token accounts resolved the confusion. He noted the delegate section moved quickly — we have since added a supplementary one-page handout on delegates for workshop attendees.
